A SWF file is the file created when you export a movie created in Macromedia Flash. In banner advertising, this is the file you pass on to the publisher or insert into your website. A SWF file is not editable. In order to make changes to your banner ad, you will need the original FLA file, which is the Macromedia Flash working file.
